My name is Rick Raymond. I am an Ignatian spiritual director and a long-time advisor to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and family enterprises.

 

For more than 20 years, I have accompanied individuals as they navigate growth, leadership, and transition—often where personal and professional lives are closely intertwined.

 

I bring to my work with others—whether in spiritual or non-spiritual contexts—a breadth of experience shaped by my time in the Peace Corps, work as an educator, and business ownership, including founding and selling an environmental management company.

 

Across these fields, a consistent thread has been a gift of listening—attending not only to practical decisions, but also to the deeper questions of meaning, relationship, and purpose, and helping to discern a thoughtful and grounded response.

 

Today, my work is grounded in the Ignatian tradition, helping others recognize the presence and movement of God within their lives, and to respond with greater clarity, freedom, and purpose.
